Stop Wealth Leaks in Your Life (we’ve all got them). Make sure you’re always earning more than you spend by learning to operate more efficiently, not through scrimping and sacrifice. Use your efficiency savings to build your wealth fund.

Invest Wisely for profits both today and tomorrow, and only invest in what you know and understand. Begin to cover your living expenses with income from your investments. Gradually reduce the need for active income from your work with an ever-growing stream of residual income from your investments.
